Alfa Laval appoint CEM first UK Authorised Service Partner

Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – is pleased to announce the appointment of their first Authorised Service Partner for Industrial Equipment for the UK. This appointment represents a significant business opportunity for both organisations – providing customers with the high service level they need in today’s business environment.

Contract Energy Management’s (CEM)’s service offering will cover London & Birmingham and includes installation, commissioning, repair and training across a range of Alfa Laval products including; Tap Water Modules, Mini-City Heat Interface Units and Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger products. Currently CEM are undertaking projects across England until the Alfa Laval network of Authorised Service Partners is extended.

Contract Energy Management Ltd is an independent mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance company specialising in procurement and installation within the building services industry. The nature of the company’s activities places particular reference upon experience, expertise, reliability and quality. Based in Brentford in West London since 1993 their aim is to keep built environments at their peak performance at all times in the most cost-efficient manner.

Jason Ledwith, Segment Sales Manager for Alfa Laval’s Equipment Parts & Service Division commented: “Being officially appointed as Alfa Laval’s first Authorised Service Partner in the UK’s industrial equipment division is a great advance for Alfa Laval. I am confident the partnership will be a good fit for both parties. It will help us to offer our customers access to full service offerings for all Alfa Laval products in the UK. By appointing CEM, Alfa Laval gains many benefits; selling more Alfa Laval genuine spare parts, and in the long-term establishing a broader relationship with the market. This is the first official Service partnership agreement within Industrial Equipment that we have entered and we expect more to come. I’m very much looking forward to working and supporting CEM on this new journey”.
