Located on North End Road in the shadow of Wembley Stadium, Anthology Wembley Parade is made up of five buildings including a twelve-floor tower. Comprising of one, two and three bedrooms, there are 195 homes in total, all featuring a private balcony or terrace. Situated on the ground floor there is a beautiful communal landscaped garden.
Anthology is a London-based residential developer who is dedicated to creating homes and enhancing neighbourhoods that inspire the real-life stories of people who are passionate about London. Anthology has already launched developments in Deptford, Hoxton, Wembley, Tottenham and Stratford.
Anthology is part of The Lifestyle group that includes Pegasus Life who deliver exceptional homes for independent living and has over 35 sites, all at different development stages. Also in the group is Renaissance Retirement, founded in the 1990s with the main aim of designing, building and managing retirement developments that were innovative, with the ambition of reinvigorating retirement housing and have over 22 sites in their portfolio.
In February 2020 Rendall & Rittner appointed CEM to manage the communal HEVAC assets. In 1990 Matt Rittner and Duncan Rendall started Rendall & Rittner from their homes. A year later they rented a small office in Wapping, East London. By September 2010, the then 100-strong company had outgrown the Wapping office and moved to Portsoken House in the City of London.
They now employ 450 internal staff, are responsible for 1,500 employees on-site and their total service charge collection for residential management exceeds £230m.
