Haus has appointed CEM to maintain these six new properties over the last 12 months. Four are new build and two existing properties.
Crown Dale, West Norwood commenced in December 2019 and is an established property.
One Blagdon Road, New Malden commenced in January 2020 and is a Vision Homes new development of 97 apartments with retail spaces onto the High Street. The site had previously been the headquarters of Spillers who moved there in 1979.
Cityview Point, Poplar commenced in July 2019 is another Vision Homes new development of 129 apartments backing onto the River Lea.
West Green Place, Haringey commenced in November 2019 and is a Pocket Living new development of 98 one or two bedroom affordable housing, twelve two bedroom & sixteen townhouses open market properties. The first picture is when we first views the communal plant room and the second is how the communal areas around the 9 blocks will be lit.
Parkside Quarter, Isle of Dogs commenced in June 2019 and is an existing property across 3 blocks with 64 apartments.
Upper Place, Cazenove commenced in January 2020 and is a new development by Thornsett in conjunction with the landowners, Upper Clapton United Reformed Church. The ground floor is the new church with community areas and above are 27 apartments.
