CEM operates a 24/7 emergency service covering all of our buildings under contract with us, with a rapid mobile response time to any of our multi-disciplined mobile engineers. A large number of our buildings incorporate TREND control systems, so we often know what the fault is and will despatch the right team to deal with the problem, sometimes before the customer even has noticed that a problem has arisen.

CEM prides themselves on their emergency response team, and the ability to respond on a 24hour/7day a week within 2 hours of the emergency on 99% of all call outs under contract with us. Our operations team cover from 08.00 hours until 17.00 hours, then this transfers to our dedicated out of hours service which is constantly monitored through our ISO quality control system.
