CEM land E1 PPM contract

Contract Energy Management has been awarded the maintenance contract for Lattice House, 20 Alie Street, E1, managed by Braemar Estates. The plant serves flats in the building and other flats in two nearby premises. CEM is delighted to be awarded their first contract from Braemar Estates.
